**HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY**
Items purchased after November 1st are eligible for our holiday gift return. We will accept returns for exchanges or store credit until January 8th. Items must be in new condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging and shoe need to be returned with original shoe box.
For non gifted items the normal Harbour Thread policy will still be in affect and as follows:
Full price items are returnable if the item has been unworn, unwashed, is in original packaging or has original tags attached. The return must take place within one week of your original purchase for a full refund, and within two weeks for store credit. Proof of purchase mandatory.
Swim Bottoms and One Pieces are not returnable or exchangeable in order to protect the health and safety of our staff and customers. The same policy is applicable for our Intimates and Bodysuits.
All sale or discounted items are final sale.1) What are the return and refund options?
All returns must take place within:
- 7 days of your original purchase (in-store and local pickup) or 7 days from the date of delivery (online orders) for a full refund.
- 14 days of your original purchase or date of delivery for store credit.
2) What items are returnable?
All full price footwear, clothing, accessories and lifestyle purchases are returnable if:
- The item has been unworn and unwashed
- The item is in original packaging and has original tags attached
3) What items are non-returnable?
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Discounted and sale items
- Swim Bottoms
- Swim One Pieces
- Gift cards

5) How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. If all is good, the refund or store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days.
6) The item I received is damaged! What do I do?
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the purchase or the order delivery date.
