Not in love with the item you purchased? We want all Harbour Thread purchases to make you feel fierce and confident. Here are some frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure a smooth and effortless process. 
*Holiday gift return policy- items purchased after November 1st are eligible for our holiday gift return. We will accept returns for store credit until January 8th. Items must be in new condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. 
For non gifted items the normal Harbour Thread policy will still be in affect and as follows:

 

What are the return and refund options?

All returns must take place within:

  • 7 days of your original purchase (in-store and local pickup) or 7 days from the date of delivery (online orders) for a full refund. 
  • 14 days of your original purchase or date of delivery for store credit.

 

What items are returnable? 

All full price footwear, clothing, accessories and lifestyle purchases are returnable if:

  • The item has been unworn and unwashed 
  • The item is in original packaging and has original tags attached

 

What items are non-returnable? 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Discounted items 
  • Undergarments
  • Bodysuits
  • Swim Bottoms
  • Swim One Pieces 
  • Gift cards

 

How do I make the return?

First, review the above guidelines and confirm your item qualifies for a return. We trust you, so let’s make this easy!

  • If your purchase was made in-store or you are local to the area, you can complete a return in-store with one of our sales associates. 
  • For online orders, please use the return shipping label and instructions included with your order to easily send the item back to us.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. If all is good, the refund or store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days.

 

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the purchase or the order delivery date.
